An Interactive Multimedia Presentation is basically a presentation with extra fancy bits that users can interact with.
Users can click on links and buttons to trigger navigation or animation. Generally you will have a menu with hyperlinks so users can jump around your presentation rather than having to click through one page at a time.
Multimedia refers to a range of media being included such as text, images, animations, videos etc. You do not need to include all of them but a few different types should be included as a minimum e.g. text, images and animations.
Using appropriate software software of your choice you present information in an interesting and useful way. One example of software you could use is PowerPoint but be aware that the online version (O365) is more limited, for example adding buttons and hyperlinks is not possible.
